We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Do Waltham watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Waltham timepiece is backed by a 2-year limited international warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Most of our fashion timepieces are water-resistant up to 5 ATM (50 meters), meaning they can withstand splashes and brief immersion, but are not suitable for swimming or diving.

How do I care for my leather watch strap?
