Return Process

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
